This tea helps kick cold and flu butt! Ingredients (makes a lot of tea)

4 cloves of Garlic

2 large knobs of Ginger

3-4 Lemons

1-2 litres of Water

Raw Honey to taste (Manuka Honey best)

Pinch of Chilli

Method

Crush & chop ginger and garlic into small pieces, bring to boil for 10 – 15 minutes
Add juice of lemons
Add honey & a pinch of chilli powder to taste (optional).
For respiratory or lung disorders add FENUGREEK SEEDS to the above recipe.
